Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Sale items, gift cards, and personal care items are non-refundable.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
